Workmanship guarantee on every new roof we fit
A selection from 5,000+ roofs completed across Middlesbrough and Stockton-on-Tees.
Middlesbrough has long Victorian terraces around Linthorpe and the town centre with Welsh slate and chimney stacks, inter-war and post-war semis in Acklam and Marton, and newer estates in Coulby Newham and Hemlington. Slipped slates, worn felt and leaking flashings are the usual jobs. We fix what has actually failed and put the price in writing first.
We live and work in the same towns we serve. We know the local housing stock and which jobs give trouble round here. No franchise, no subcontractors shipped in from elsewhere.
Your written quote is the price you pay. We itemise every cost upfront. No "while we're here" extras, no surprise invoices when the job is done.
Call or fill in the form and someone rings you back the same day. We confirm a visit date on that first call. No chasing, no voicemail loops.
Public liability and employer's liability insurance in place on every job. We can email certificates before work starts, so there's no chasing needed.
